A Celebration of Ideas Worth Spreading

TEDxGosport has finalised its speaker line-up for its highly anticipated inaugural event, set to take place on 16th October 2025 at Quay West Studio. Following an overwhelming response to its open call for speakers, organisers carefully selected voices that promise to deliver an inspiring mix of storytelling, insight and human experience.

Powerful Themes to Inspire and Connect

The event will explore the theme of “Storytelling”, featuring twelve talks that delve into personal journeys, thought-provoking perspectives and fresh ideas. Topics range from “Being Very Seen and Never Heard” to “The Tale of the Food Bank Run” and “We Need to Tell Our Stories About Death”. Each speaker will offer unique insights designed to spark meaningful conversations.

Emma Paxton, Co-Curator of TEDxGosport, praised the calibre of applicants:

When and Where to Get Tickets

Tickets for TEDxGosport will go on sale from 1st August 2025. With the theme already generating excitement, seats are expected to sell quickly for what promises to be a thought-provoking evening.
